MuzikClub – Privacy Policy

MuzikClub ("the app") is developed by Boaz Saada (bs-simple.com). This policy explains what data the app handles.

Data we collect

We do not require an account and do not collect personal information. Your music files, playlists, settings and lyrics cache stay on your device.

Device permissions

• Audio / storage access – to find and play the music files on your device. Files are not uploaded anywhere.
• Notifications / foreground playback – to show playback controls while music plays.
• Internet – to look up song lyrics and cover art for the song that's playing.

Third-party services

When you open lyrics, the app sends the song title, artist and duration to LRCLIB (lrclib.net) to fetch lyrics. No identifiers about you are sent. If you choose to connect your own Spotify account, sign-in and playback are handled by Spotify under its own privacy policy; the app does not store or transmit your Spotify data to us.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell or share personal data. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Data deletion

All data is stored locally; uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change.
